We are passionate about building confidence, dignity, and identity, especially in young girls and women. Our programs are designed to bring transformation, growth, and lasting impact.

Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling in any course, program, or experience.

 

Before You Enrol

• All courses and programs are strictly non-refundable
• Courses are transferable to another person or a future date
• Digital content is non-refundable once access is granted
• All intellectual property is strictly protected
• Content may not be copied, shared, or recreated

 

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Our courses and programs provide immediate access to deeply intentional, transformational content.

Because of the nature of digital access and the value delivered, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted or a booking has been secured.

This protects the integrity of the content, the participants' experience, and the work we carry.

We do, however, allow transfers should you be unable to attend.

 

Course Participation & Minimum Requirement

A minimum of three (3) participants is required for any in-person course to proceed.

If the minimum is not met:

• The course may be rescheduled, or
• You may transfer to another available date

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

 

General Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms apply to:

• youwithconfidence.com
• All online and in-person programs

By enrolling, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years or older (or enrolling a minor with consent)
• You accept these Terms

 

2. Minors & Parental Responsibility

Where a participant is under the age of 18:

• A parent or guardian must provide consent
• The parent or guardian accepts these Terms on their behalf
• The parent/guardian is responsible for the participant's conduct and engagement

 

3. Nature of Programs

Our programs are designed for:

• Personal development
• Confidence building
• Emotional and identity growth

They are not:

• Medical advice
• Psychological therapy
• A replacement for professional counselling

 

Refund & Transfer Policy

Courses & Programs

• All courses are strictly non-refundable
• Courses are transferable:
  • To another person, or
  • To a future date (subject to availability)

 

Digital Content:

No refunds once access has been granted

Intellectual Property (VERY IMPORTANT)

All content belongs to The Confidence Company and Aletté Winckler.

This includes:

• Course material
• Workbooks and PDFs
• Teaching content
• Frameworks and methodologies
• Videos and recordings
• Program structures

You may NOT:

• Copy or reproduce any content
• Share PDFs, videos, or materials
• Use the content to create your own programs
• Teach or distribute the material
• Repackage any part of the content

 

Social Media & Sharing

We love seeing your journey

However, you may NOT:

• Share detailed program content
• Post full materials or lessons
• Teach the content publicly
• Give away frameworks or methodologies

You may share your experience, but not the content itself.

 

User Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Act respectfully and honour others
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment
• Not disrupt the integrity of the program

 

Payment Terms

• All prices are in South African Rand unless stated otherwise
• Payment plans must be honoured in full
• Failure to complete payments may result in removal from the program
